Thermion is a leading service and contracting company in the energy, industrial, and construction sectors, focusing on energy-efficient services. The business operates nationwide from around 15 locations across Sweden.

Our services primarily focus on contracting, renovations, and service in technical insulation, sound and fire sealing, as well as pipe and valve marking. Our customer base consists of energy companies, industries, construction companies, and installation companies in piping and ventilation, among others.

Thermion has several establishments in southern Sweden, and we now intend to strengthen our organization with an experienced Project Manager in Skåne.

About the role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing medium to large contracting assignments from start to finish. The role involves a varied and responsible job where you:

• Lead medium to large assignments from start to finish
• Plan, coordinate, follow up, and report projects according to agreed routines together with the customer
• Ensure delivery quality and the economic outcome of projects
• Contribute to involvement and participation in Thermion's ongoing development and improvement work

We are looking for someone who

• Has a high school education and at least five years of experience as a project manager in contracting at an industrial or installation company
• Has good experience in project management according to AB or ABT
• Has a strong understanding of project economics and sets high standards for quality
• Is accustomed to working independently and in a structured manner
• Has a solution- and service-oriented approach
• Enjoys customer dialogues and has an active attitude towards creating and developing long-term customer relationships
• Holds a B driver's license

If you have experience in creating and leading teams, personnel responsibility, or cost estimation, it is a merit. Experience from project or service operations within industrial piping, ventilation, insulation, or similar areas is also a plus.

We are looking for a Project Manager for Skåne, based in Malmö or Kristianstad.
